Product Overview
The Partsam LED Triple RV Trailer Tail Lights are designed for trailers, RVs, motorhomes, and other vehicles requiring multi-functional lighting. These lights integrate stop, turn signal, taillight, and backup light functions into a single unit. Equipped with bright LEDs, including white LEDs in the center for backup functionality, they enhance visibility and safety.

Setup and Installation
Mounting
These tail lights feature a surface mount design, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation. The package includes necessary screws and foam gaskets to ensure a secure fit and cushioning against the mounting surface. Built-in reflector strips are also included for added visibility.

Dimensions
Before installation, verify that the dimensions of the light are suitable for your vehicle's mounting area. The approximate dimensions are:

A cutout may be required for the wire knob area to ensure proper fitment.

Wiring Connection
The tail light features a hardwired connection with four color-coded wires for easy installation. Refer to the diagram and descriptions below for correct wiring:
- White Wire: Ground connection.
- Blue Wire: Backup/Reverse light function.
- Red Wire: Stop or Turn Signal light function (high brightness).
- Black Wire: Tail or Running light function (low brightness).
Note: If upgrading from halogen bulbs to LED, you may need to splice in load resistors to prevent 'hyper flash' on your turn signals. Consult a professional if you are unsure about the wiring process.

Operating Instructions
Once properly installed and wired, the Partsam LED Triple RV Trailer Tail Lights will operate automatically with your vehicle's electrical system. Each function activates as follows:
- Tail/Running Lights: Activate when your vehicle's headlights or running lights are on. The black wire connection provides low brightness for this function.
- Stop Lights: Activate when the brake pedal is pressed. The red wire connection provides high brightness for this function.
- Turn Signal Lights: Activate when the turn signal lever is engaged. The red wire connection provides high brightness for this function, flashing to indicate direction.
- Backup/Reverse Lights: Activate when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. The blue wire connection illuminates the central white LEDs for this function.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To maintain optimal light output and visibility, regularly clean the lens of the tail lights. Use a soft cloth and mild soap with water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the polycarbonate lens material.
Waterproof Feature
The lights are designed with an IP67 waterproof rating, ensuring protection against dust and temporary immersion in water. This feature allows for reliable operation in various weather conditions, including heavy rain.

Connection Inspection
Periodically inspect all wiring connections to ensure they remain secure and free from corrosion. Loose or corroded connections can lead to intermittent operation or failure.
Troubleshooting
- Lights Not Functioning:
- Check all wiring connections for proper contact and ensure they match the wiring diagram.
- Verify the power supply to the lights and check for blown fuses in your vehicle's electrical system.
- Ensure the ground wire is securely connected to a clean, unpainted metal surface.
- Turn Signals 'Hyper Flashing':
- This typically occurs when upgrading from incandescent bulbs to LED lights without sufficient electrical load. Install appropriate load resistors (not included) in parallel with the turn signal circuit to correct the flash rate.
- Condensation Inside Lens:
- Minor condensation can sometimes occur due to temperature changes and usually dissipates. If persistent or excessive, check the mounting gasket and seals for proper installation and integrity. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
