1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your AmeriLite Dual Square Projector Switchback LED Tube Chrome Headlights Assembly. These headlights are designed to be a direct OEM replacement, requiring no modification for installation. They meet or exceed all U.S. and Canadian safety standards (DOT & SAE).

2. Safety Information

4. Vehicle Compatibility

This headlight assembly is compatible with the following Dodge Ram models:

5. Setup and Installation

The installation process is a direct OEM replacement and requires no modifications. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Prepare the Vehicle: Open the hood of your Dodge Ram.
2. Remove Radiator Cover and Grille: Remove the plastic engine shroud and the bolts holding the front grille. Carefully pull the grille outwards to detach it.
3. Access Headlight Retainer: Remove the two 8mm bolts at the side of the front bumper and pull out the wheel liner to access the headlight retainer.
4. Unlock Headlight Housing: Push up the retainer from underneath the wheel well to unlock the factory headlight housing.
5. Remove Factory Headlight: Remove the two 10mm headlight mounting bolts located on the front side of the headlight. Disconnect the headlight harness by releasing the tabs on the wiring harnesses. Carefully pull out the factory headlight assembly.
