Maintenance
- Keep the charging station and controllers clean by wiping them with a dry, soft cloth.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the charging station or battery packs.
- Ensure the charging contacts on both the station and the battery packs remain free of dust and debris for optimal charging performance.
Troubleshooting
- Controller not charging:
- Ensure the controller is properly seated on the charging station. The LED indicator should be amber. If not, gently adjust the controller until the light appears. Verify the AC adapter is securely connected to both the station and the wall outlet. Check that the rechargeable battery pack is correctly installed in the controller and that the battery door is fully closed.
- Short battery life:
- Battery life can vary based on usage patterns and game intensity. Ensure batteries are fully charged (LED is white) before use. Over time, rechargeable batteries may experience reduced capacity. If battery life significantly diminishes, consider replacing the rechargeable battery packs.
- LED indicator not working:
- Confirm the charging station is powered on and the AC adapter is connected. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet. If only one side's LED is affected, try swapping controllers to determine if the issue is with the controller or the charging slot.
