The ThermoPro TP359 is an advanced Bluetooth hygrometer thermometer designed to provide highly accurate temperature and humidity readings for your indoor environment. Equipped with a Swiss-made Sensirion sensor, it offers exceptional precision, detecting even the slightest changes. Its 260ft/80m wireless range, powered by a 5.0 Bluetooth chip, allows for remote monitoring via a user-friendly smartphone application. The device features a large, backlit LCD for easy viewing and provides instant alerts when conditions exceed your preset ranges, making it ideal for various spaces like greenhouses, cellars, bedrooms, and more.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

The ThermoPro TP359 requires two AAA batteries for operation. To install them:

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device.
  2. Slide open the battery cover.
  3. Insert the 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
  4. Close the battery cover securely.

3.2 Initial Placement

For optimal performance and accurate readings, place the ThermoPro TP359 in a central location within the area you wish to monitor. Avoid placing it:

3.3 App Download and Pairing

The ThermoPro TP359 connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth for remote monitoring and data logging. Follow these steps to download the app and pair your device:

  1. Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "ThermoPro Sensor" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  3. Open the ThermoPro Sensor app. The app will automatically search for and connect to your TP359 device.
  4. Once connected, the Bluetooth icon on the device's LCD will stop flashing and remain solid.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Display Overview

The large LCD screen of the TP359 provides real-time information at a glance:

4.2 Unit Conversion (℉/℃)

To switch between Fahrenheit (℉) and Celsius (℃), press the ℉/℃ button located on the front of the device.

4.3 Backlight Function

Press the light bulb icon button on the front of the device to activate the backlight for improved visibility in low-light conditions. The backlight will automatically turn off after a short period to conserve battery life.

4.4 Max/Min Records

The device automatically records the highest and lowest temperature and humidity readings over a 24-hour period. These values are displayed on the LCD. To clear these records, press and hold the "CLEAR" button on the front of the device.
