2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.
  • Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.

5. Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your OKP X100 vacuum cleaner:

  1. Assemble the Stick Vacuum:
    • Insert the extension wand into the main motor unit until it clicks into place.
    • Attach the motorized floor brush to the other end of the extension wand until it clicks into place.
  2. Assemble the Handheld Vacuum:
    • For a compact handheld unit, directly attach the crevice nozzle or upholstery nozzle to the main motor unit until it clicks.
    • For extended reach, attach the desired nozzle to the extension wand, then attach the extension wand to the main motor unit.
  3. Wall Mount Installation (Optional):
    • Choose a suitable location near a power outlet.
    • Mark the drilling points for the wall mount bracket.
    • Drill holes and insert wall anchors (if necessary).
    • Secure the wall mount bracket to the wall using screws.
    • You can store the vacuum on the wall mount to save space.

6. Charging the Battery

The OKP X100 is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery.

7.1 Power On/Off and Suction Modes

  • Press the power button once to turn on the vacuum in standard suction mode (8Kpa).
  • Press the power button a second time to switch to strong suction mode (17Kpa).
  • Press the power button a third time to turn off the vacuum.

8. Maintenance

8.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

  • The transparent dust cup allows you to monitor the dust level. Empty it when it reaches the MAX line.
  • To empty, hold the main unit over a trash bin. Press the one-button release latch on the dust cup to open the bottom flap and release debris.
  • Close the dust cup flap securely after emptying.

8.2 Cleaning the Filters

The OKP X100 features a 4-layer filtration system. Regular cleaning of filters is crucial for maintaining suction power.

  • Twist and pull to remove the dust cup from the main motor unit.
  • Remove the filter components (pre-filter, honeycomb, sponge filters).
  • Tap off loose dirt from the filters over a trash bin.
  • Rinse the filters under cool running water. Ensure they are completely dry (allow 24-48 hours) before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters.
  • Reassemble the filters and dust cup in reverse order.
