Setup

1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully unpack the VIA GO2 device and all accessories. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.

2. Physical Connections

Connect the VIA GO2 to your display and network using the appropriate ports. The device features HDMI for video output, Ethernet for wired network connection, and USB ports for peripherals.

Connect an HDMI cable from the VIA GO2's HDMI output port to your display (monitor, projector, or TV).
For wired network access, connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the VIA GO2's Ethernet port.
(Optional) Connect a USB keyboard and mouse to the USB ports on the VIA GO2 for direct control.
Connect the power adapter to the VIA GO2 and then to a power outlet. The device will power on automatically.

3. Network Configuration (Wi-Fi)

If using Wi-Fi, follow the on-screen instructions on the connected display to configure the wireless network settings. You will need your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

For Windows/Mac Laptops: Download and install the VIA app from the Kramer website or follow the on-screen instructions on the VIA GO2 display. Launch the app, enter the room name and code displayed on the screen, and click "Connect".
For iOS Devices (AirPlay): On your iOS device, swipe down from the top-right corner (or up from the bottom for older models) to open Control Center. Tap "Screen Mirroring" and select the VIA GO2 device from the list.
For Android Devices (Miracast): On your Android device, navigate to the screen mirroring or cast settings (names may vary by device, e.g., Smart View, Cast, Wireless Display). Select the VIA GO2 device from the list.
For Chromebooks: Use the built-in Cast feature or the VIA app if available.
