4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Soozier Power Tower is designed to be straightforward. Follow the included instruction sheet carefully. It is recommended to assemble the unit with two people for ease and safety.

  1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Identify all parts using the provided parts list in the instruction sheet.
  3. Begin by assembling the base frame, ensuring all bolts are securely tightened.
  4. Attach the vertical support beams to the base.
  5. Install the dip station arms and the pull-up bar assembly.
  6. Mount the padded backboard and elbow pads.
  7. Attach the sit-up bench to the designated frame points.

5. Operating Instructions

The Soozier Power Tower offers multiple workout methods. Always ensure the equipment is stable and properly adjusted before starting any exercise.

5.1. Height Adjustment

The pull-up bar height can be adjusted to 7 different levels, ranging from 202 cm to 238 cm (79.5 inches to 93.75 inches). To adjust the height:

  1. Locate the adjustment pins on the vertical support beams.
  2. Pull out the pins and carefully slide the pull-up bar assembly to the desired height.
  3. Ensure the pins fully re-engage into the corresponding holes on both sides before use.

5.2. Pull-ups

Use the top bar for various grip pull-ups (wide, narrow, neutral) to target different back and arm muscles. Ensure a firm grip on the non-slip handles.

5.3. Dip Station

Utilize the parallel bars for dips, targeting your triceps and chest. The padded elbow pads provide comfort during leg raises.

5.4. Sit-up Bench

The integrated sit-up bench is adjustable in 5 levels and can be declined, set flat, or disassembled as needed. Use it for abdominal curls and other core exercises. To adjust or fold the bench:

  1. Locate the adjustment mechanism beneath the bench.
  2. Adjust the angle or fold the bench according to your exercise requirements.
  3. Ensure the bench is securely locked in place before use.

5.5. Push-ups

5.6. Leg Raises

Position your forearms on the padded elbow rests and back against the back pad to perform vertical knee raises or leg raises, targeting your lower abdominal muscles.

6. Maintenance
