2. Safety Information

3. Installation and Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Remove all packaging materials. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Note: This product is tested before packaging and commercialization; therefore, some water residue may be present inside the drum. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
3.2 Placement
Place the washer dryer on a firm, level floor. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for ventilation and access. The dimensions are 60 cm (width) x 85 cm (height) x 43 cm (depth). The maximum depth with the door open is 45 cm.

3.3 Water and Drain Connections
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap. Ensure the drain hose is properly secured to a standpipe or laundry tub, preventing kinks or blockages.
3.4 Electrical Connection
Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications on the appliance's rating plate.
3.5 Leveling
Adjust the appliance's feet to ensure it is perfectly level. This prevents excessive vibration and noise during operation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel features a program selector knob, a digital display, and various function buttons. Refer to Figure 1 for a visual representation.
4.2 Loading Laundry
Open the door and load laundry into the drum. Do not overload the appliance. The maximum wash capacity is 6 kg, and the maximum dry capacity is 4 kg.
4.3 Detergent Dispenser
Add detergent and fabric softener to the appropriate compartments in the dispenser drawer.
4.4 Program Selection
Turn the program selector knob to choose the desired wash or wash&dry program. Available programs include quick cycles (14', 30', 44', 59'), a Woolmark-approved wool program, and a steam function for hygiene.
4.5 Starting a Cycle
Press the Start/Pause button to begin the selected program. You can also set a delayed start if needed.
4.6 NFC Connectivity
This appliance features NFC connectivity. Download the Simply-Fi app to your smartphone to access additional programs and perform appliance check-ups.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
5.2 Cleaning the Detergent Drawer
Periodically remove and clean the detergent drawer under running water to prevent residue buildup.
5.3 Cleaning the Filter
Regularly clean the pump filter to ensure proper drainage and prevent blockages. Refer to the image below for filter location.

5.4 Drum Cleaning
Run a maintenance wash cycle (e.g., a hot wash with no laundry and a descaling agent) periodically to clean the drum and internal components.
6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting service, review the following common issues and solutions:
- Appliance does not start: Ensure the power cord is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and the Start/Pause button has been pressed.
- No water filling: Check if the water tap is open and the water inlet hose is not kinked.
- Water not draining: Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the pump filter (see Section 5.3).
- Excessive vibration/noise: Ensure the appliance is level and all transit bolts have been removed during installation.
- Poor washing/drying results: Check load size, detergent dosage, and selected program.
