5. Setup and Installation
Before you begin, ensure you have the necessary tools: a drill, stud finder (for wood studs), pencil, and a Phillips head screwdriver. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
5.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Confirm your TV's weight and VESA pattern are compatible with this mount.
- Determine your wall type: wood stud or concrete/brick. This mount is NOT suitable for drywall alone.
5.2 Attaching TV Brackets to TV
- Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Align the TV brackets with the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Ensure the mounting hooks on the brackets are facing inward (towards the center of the TV).
- Select the appropriate screws and spacers from the provided hardware kit that fit your TV's mounting holes. Use washers if necessary.
- Securely fasten the TV brackets to the back of your TV. Do not overtighten.

5.3 Mounting the Wall Plate
The installation method varies based on your wall type:
For Wood Stud Walls:
- Use a stud finder to locate the edges and center of two adjacent wood studs where you intend to mount the TV. Mark the center of the studs.
- Position the wall plate against the wall, aligning the mounting holes with the marked stud centers. Use the included spirit level to ensure the wall plate is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill points.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked points. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the lag bolts.
- Attach the wall plate to the wall using the lag bolts and washers. Tighten securely with the provided wrench.
For Concrete/Brick Walls:
- Position the wall plate against the wall at your desired height. Use the included spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill points.
- Drill holes at the marked points. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the concrete anchors.
- Insert the concrete anchors into the drilled holes. Tap them gently with a hammer until they are flush with the wall surface.
- Attach the wall plate to the wall using the lag bolts and washers, screwing them into the installed concrete anchors. Tighten securely.

5.4 Hanging the TV and Securing
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV and hook the TV brackets onto the top edge of the wall plate.
- Gently lower the TV until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate. The easy locking quick release mechanism will secure the TV in place.
- To further secure the TV, locate the pullable cables at the bottom of the TV brackets. Pull them down to release the locking mechanism if needed for adjustments, then push them back up to lock.

6.2 Cable Management
The wall plate features a hollow design, providing space for cables to be routed behind the TV, helping to conceal them for a cleaner appearance. Use the included cable ties to organize and secure cables to the TV brackets or wall plate.
7. Maintenance
- Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspect the mount for any signs of wear or damage. If any issues are found, discontinue use and contact customer support.
8. Troubleshooting
- TV not level: Ensure the wall plate was installed perfectly level using the spirit level. Minor adjustments can sometimes be made by slightly loosening and re-tightening the mounting bolts on the wall plate.
- Screws not fitting TV: The kit includes a variety of screws. Refer to your TV's manual for the correct screw size and length. If none fit, you may need to purchase specific screws for your TV.
- Difficulty securing TV to wall plate: Ensure the TV brackets are correctly hooked onto the wall plate and the quick release cables are not obstructing the locking mechanism.
- Mount feels unstable: Re-check all mounting points and ensure all bolts are securely tightened. Confirm the mount is installed into solid wood studs or concrete/brick, not just drywall.
