Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
No sound or low volume
  • Units not powered on.
  • Not paired correctly.
  • Volume too low on RX or recording device.
  • Incorrect cable connection (TRS vs. TRRS).
  • Microphone muted.
  • Ensure all units are powered on.
  • Check indicator lights for pairing status. If not paired, power cycle or manually pair.
  • Adjust volume on RX and recording device.
  • Verify correct cable (TRS for camera, TRRS for smartphone) and secure connection.
  • Unmute the transmitter (TX).
Interference or poor signal
  • Obstacles between TX and RX.
  • Too far from receiver.
  • Strong 2.4GHz interference in the environment.
  • Reduce obstacles between TX and RX.
  • Move closer to the receiver (within 150m/492ft LOS).
  • Try changing location to avoid interference.
  • Ensure noise cancellation is active if needed.
Units not charging
  • Charging cable or adapter faulty.
  • Units not properly seated in charging case.
  • Try a different USB Type-C cable and power adapter.
  • Ensure units are correctly placed in the charging case and contact points align.
Manual Pairing
  • Units failed to auto-pair.

To manually pair:

  1. Ensure both TX and RX units are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the RX unit until its indicator light flashes rapidly.
  3. While the RX is flashing, press and hold the power button on the TX unit(s) until their indicator lights also flash rapidly.
  4. Once successfully paired, the indicator lights on both TX and RX will turn solid blue.
