4.1 Tools Required

• Screwdriver (Phillips and/or Flathead)

• Drill (if wall anchors are needed)
• Pencil

4.2 Mounting the Fixture

1. Turn off Power: Locate the circuit breaker controlling the light switch for the installation area and turn it off. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
2. Prepare Mounting Surface: Mark the desired mounting location on the wall. Ensure it is structurally sound and can support the fixture's weight.
3. Install Mounting Bracket: Attach the fixture's mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws and wall anchors (if necessary). Use a level to ensure it is straight.
4. Electrical Connections: Carefully connect the electrical wires from the wall to the fixture's wires.
   • Connect the live (black) wire from the wall to the live wire of the fixture.
   • Connect the neutral (white) wire from the wall to the neutral wire of the fixture.
   • Connect the ground (green or bare copper) wire from the wall to the ground wire of the fixture.

4.3 Installing GU10 LED Bulbs

The Artemide Cadmo lamp requires two GU10 LED bulbs (not included). Ensure the bulbs are rated for 120V and do not exceed 10W each.

1. Gently insert the GU10 bulb into the socket.
2. Twist the bulb clockwise until it is securely seated in the socket.
3. Repeat for the second bulb.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Turning On/Off

Restore power at the circuit breaker. Use the wall switch connected to the fixture to turn the lamp on or off.

5.2 Dimming Functionality

This fixture supports 2-wire dimming. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch, you can adjust the light intensity. Ensure your dimmer switch is suitable for LED lighting.

The lamp is also compatible with App and Remote Control methods for dimming, provided the appropriate smart home system and GU10 smart bulbs are used.

4. Insert a new GU10 LED bulb (max 10W) by aligning the pins and twisting clockwise until secure.
