Maintenance

1. Charging

When the mouse battery is low, the indicator light may flash or the mouse may become unresponsive. Connect the mouse to a power source using the charging cable. A full charge typically provides 1-2 months of use, depending on usage frequency.

2. Cleaning

To clean the mouse, power it off and gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

3. Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the USB/Type-C receiver in its designated slot on the bottom of the mouse to prevent loss. Power off the mouse to conserve battery life.

Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is powered on. Check the battery level and charge if necessary. Verify the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT1, or BT2) is selected and the receiver is properly inserted or Bluetooth is paired.
  • Bluetooth connection issues: Make sure the mouse is in pairing mode (indicator flashing rapidly). Delete previous pairings on your device and try pairing again. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range.
  • 2.4G wireless connection issues: Ensure the USB/Type-C receiver is securely plugged into a working port. Try a different USB/Type-C port. Ensure the mouse is set to 2.4G mode.
  • Cursor movement is erratic or slow: Adjust the DPI setting using the DPI button. Clean the mouse sensor on the bottom of the mouse. Ensure the mouse is used on a suitable surface.
  • Mouse goes into sleep mode too often: This is a power-saving feature. Move the mouse or click a button to wake it up. This behavior is normal to extend battery life.
