Setup
To assemble your Mueller Multistick, align the desired attachment with the motor body and twist until it locks securely into place. Ensure all parts are firmly connected before use.
- For Immersion Blending: Attach the immersion blending shaft to the motor body.
- For Whisking/Frothing: Attach the whisk or frother accessory to its respective adapter, then attach the adapter to the motor body.
- For Chopping: Place the chopper blade inside the chopper bowl, add ingredients, then place the chopper lid on top. Finally, attach the motor body to the chopper lid, ensuring it locks.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
The Mueller Multistick features a 12-speed dial for precise control and a Turbo Boost button for maximum speed.
- Plug the appliance into a 110V power outlet.
- Adjust the speed dial on top of the motor body to your desired setting (1-12).
- Press and hold the Power button (I) to operate at the selected speed.
- For a burst of maximum power, press and hold the TURBO button. Release to stop.
Immersion Blending
Ideal for making salsas, shakes, smoothies, baby food, and pureeing soups directly in the pot.
- Attach the immersion blending shaft.
- Submerge the blade guard into the ingredients.
- Press the Power or TURBO button to begin blending. Move the blender up and down gently for even results.
Chopping
Use the chopper attachment for quick preparation of ingredients like onions, nuts, and meat.
- Assemble the chopper attachment as described in the Setup section.
- Add ingredients to the chopper bowl. Do not overfill.
- Attach the motor body and press the Power or TURBO button in short pulses (15 seconds max per pulse) until desired consistency is reached.
Whisking and Frothing
Perfect for preparing egg whites, whipping cream, cake batter, and milk shakes.
- Attach the whisk or frother accessory.
- Place the whisk/frother into your ingredients.
- Press the Power button to begin. Use lower speeds for delicate mixtures and gradually increase as needed.
