3. Setup
Before first use, wash all containers, lids, and blade assemblies in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
3.1 Assembling the Blender Pitcher
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
- Carefully place the Stacked Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the 2.1L blender pitcher.
- Add your ingredients to the pitcher. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
- Place the lid onto the pitcher and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the pour spout is closed.
- Align the arrow on the pitcher with the arrow on the motor base, then lower the pitcher onto the base and twist clockwise until it locks.
3.2 Assembling the Food Processor Bowl
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
- Align the arrow on the 1.8L food processor bowl with the arrow on the motor base, then lower the bowl onto the base and twist clockwise until it locks.
- For chopping or mixing, carefully place the Chopping Blade or Dough Tool onto the drive gear inside the bowl.
- For slicing or shredding, place the Slicing/Shredding Disc onto the disc spindle, then place the disc spindle onto the drive gear. Ensure the desired side (slice or shred) is facing up.
- Add your ingredients to the bowl. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
- Place the lid onto the bowl and press down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the feed chute is properly aligned.
3.3 Assembling the Single-Serve Cup
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
- Add your ingredients to the 700ml single-serve cup. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
- Carefully screw the Pro Extractor Blades onto the top of the cup until a tight seal is formed.
- Invert the cup and align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the motor base. Lower the cup onto the base and twist clockwise until it locks.
4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled and locked onto the motor base, plug the appliance into a power outlet. The power button will illuminate, indicating the unit is ready for use.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

5.1 Cleaning
- Motor Base: Unplug the motor base before cleaning. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Containers, Lids, and Blade Assemblies: All removable parts are dishwasher safe. You can also wash them by hand in warm, soapy water. Use caution when handling blades as they are very sharp.
- For thorough cleaning, you can run a self-cleaning cycle: Fill the blender pitcher with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Secure the lid and run the BLEND program for 30-60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
5.2 Storage
Store the appliance upright with the lid securely attached to the container. Do not stack other items on top of the containers. Store blade assemblies safely to prevent accidental contact.
