4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and protective films from the machine.
- Place the machine on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.
4.2 Initial Cleaning and Priming
- Remove the water tank and rinse it thoroughly with fresh water.
- Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water up to the MAX level indicator.
- Place the water tank back onto the machine securely.
- Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet. The machine will automatically turn on.
- Place an empty cup on the drip tray.
- Without inserting a capsule, move the spray lever to the hot water position (red indicator) and let water flow until the tank is empty. Repeat this process once more with a full tank of fresh water. This primes the system and cleans internal components.
- The machine is now ready for use.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing a Beverage
- Ensure the water tank is filled with fresh water.
- The machine will automatically turn on when a capsule is inserted or when the spray lever is moved. The Thermoblock heating system will heat up in approximately 30 seconds.
- Open the capsule holder and insert a Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule. Close the holder firmly.
- Place your cup on the adjustable drip tray. Adjust the drip tray height as needed for your cup size.
- Use the intuitive LED interface to select the desired beverage volume (Play&Select function). The recommended volume is usually indicated on the capsule packaging.
- Select the desired temperature level using the controls on the LED interface (4 adjustable temperature levels are available).
- Move the spray lever to the hot (red) or cold (blue) position, depending on your beverage. The machine will automatically stop once the selected volume is dispensed.
- For an even more intense coffee, activate the Espresso Boost function before starting the brewing process, if desired.
- Once brewing is complete, remove the used capsule and dispose of it.

5.2 Automatic Shut-off (ECO Mode)
