1. Introduction

The Behringer RHYTHM DESIGNER RD-6-BK is an analog drum machine designed to deliver classic sound performance with true analog circuitry. 2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing

Carefully unpack your RD-6-BK drum machine. Ensure all components are present. The package should include the drum machine and a bag for accessories.

3. Operating

3.1 Power On/Off

After connecting the power adapter, flip the 'ON/OFF' switch on the rear panel to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. To power off, flip the switch back to 'OFF'.

The RD-6-BK features 8 authentic analog drum sounds, including Bass Drum (BD), Snare Drum (SD), Low Tom (LT), High Tom (HT), Cymbal (CY), Open Hat (OH), Closed Hat (CH), and Clap (CP). Each sound has dedicated controls for tuning, decay, and level, allowing for extensive sound sculpting. The unit also includes the highly acclaimed and authentic clap sound from the DR-110 drum machine.

3.3 64-Step Sequencer

The integrated 64-step sequencer allows you to program complex rhythmic patterns. Use the step buttons to input drum hits and create sequences. The sequencer offers various modes for pattern creation, editing, and playback.
