Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the steamer into a 120V electrical outlet. The ON/OFF indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Heat Up: The steamer will begin to heat up. It typically heats in less than 1 minute. Wait until steam is consistently produced.
  3. Prepare Garment: Hang the garment on a hanger. Gently pull the fabric taut with one hand.

  6. Refilling: If the water tank runs dry, unplug the steamer, allow it to cool for a few minutes, then refill as per the "Fill Water Tank" step in the Setup section.
  7. Finish: Once steaming is complete, unplug the steamer and allow the garment to cool and dry before wearing or storing.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

  • Always ensure the steamer is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Empty any remaining water from the tank after each use to prevent mineral buildup.

Descaling:

Over time, mineral deposits can build up inside the steamer, especially if tap water is used. This can affect performance and cause spitting. To descale:

  1. Mix a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% distilled water.
  2. Pour the solution into the water tank up to the MAX line.
  3. Plug in the steamer and allow it to heat up and produce steam for several minutes.
  4. Unplug and let it cool. Empty the tank.
  5. Rinse the tank thoroughly with fresh distilled water.
  6. Repeat the process with fresh distilled water only to flush out any remaining vinegar.

Storage:

Ensure the steamer is completely cool and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
