Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not start. | No power or loose connection. | Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the machine and a working 5V power source. Check if the power source is active. |
| Turbine does not stay at the bottom of the tub. | Suction cup not properly attached or surface is not clean. | Ensure the bottom of the bucket and the suction cup are clean and free of debris. Press the suction cup firmly onto the bottom of the bucket to create a strong seal. |
| Water overflows during operation. | Too much water or cover not secured. | Do not overfill the bucket beyond the recommended water level. Ensure the cover is properly closed and buckled before starting the machine. |
| Poor washing performance. | Overloaded, insufficient detergent, or too much detergent. | Reduce the amount of laundry. Use the recommended amount of detergent. Avoid using too much detergent, which can lead to excessive suds and reduced cleaning action. |
