This 4-in-1 automatic milk steamer is designed to create perfect hot and cold foam for your favorite coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Its intuitive one-touch control and ergonomic design make it easy to use and clean, enhancing your home coffee experience.

Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:

• Read all instructions before use.
• Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.
• Ensure the power cord is not damaged.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the frother during operation.
• Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
• This appliance is for household use only.
• Always ensure the frother is placed on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
• The frother is equipped with Strix temperature control and an auto shut-off feature for safety.

Components

The Secura Electric Milk Frother comes with the following components:

• Whisk (x2)

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the inside of the frother jug and the whisk with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Ensure the base unit and power button remain dry.

3. Place Whisk: Insert the appropriate whisk into the bottom of the frother jug. The frothing whisk is for creating foam, while the heating whisk (without the spring) is for heating milk without frothing.

4. Connect Power: Place the frother unit on a stable, flat surface and plug the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Secura Milk Frother offers four distinct modes for various milk preparations:

Milk Level Indicators

The frother jug has clear internal markings for minimum and maximum milk levels to ensure optimal performance and prevent overflow.

• MIN (2.5oz/75ml): Minimum level for heating or frothing milk.
• MAX (3.9oz/115ml): Maximum level for frothing milk.
• MAX (8.1oz/240ml): Maximum level for heating milk (without frothing).

Using the One-Touch Control

The frother features a single button for easy operation. The LED indicator light changes color to show the selected mode.

1. Add Milk: Pour milk into the frother jug, ensuring it is between the MIN and appropriate MAX lines for your desired function.

2. Select Mode:

   • Press the button once for Hot Dense Foam (Red light, solid).
   • Press the button twice for Hot Airy Foam (Red light, blinking).
   • Press the button three times for Cold Foam (Blue light, solid).
   • Press the button four times for Hot Milk (Blue light, blinking).

3. Start: The frother will begin operation automatically after mode selection. It operates quietly (approx. 45dB).

4. Auto Shut-Off: The frother will automatically shut off once the milk or foam is ready, indicated by the light turning off. This prevents burning or overflow.

5. Serve: Carefully pour the frothed or heated milk into your beverage.

For best frothing results, it is recommended to use whole milk with a fat content greater than 3%.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your Secura Milk Frother.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the frother from the power outlet before cleaning.

2. Clean Jug: The frother jug features a scratch-resistant, non-stick coating. Rinse the inside of the jug with warm water immediately after use. Use the included cleaning brush or a soft cloth to remove any milk residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

3. Clean Whisk: Remove the whisk and rinse it under warm water. Use the cleaning brush to clean any milk residue from the whisk spring.

4. Dry: Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing. Ensure the electrical base and power button are kept dry at all times.

5. Storage: Store the frother in a clean, dry place.
