The mixer features a tilt-head design for easy access to the bowl and attachments. It includes a stainless steel decoration belt and a blue LED light as a power indicator. Anti-slip feet ensure stability during operation.
5. Assembly
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Press the tilt-head release lever (Tilt Lock) and lift the motor head until it locks into place.
- Place the 6.5-Quart Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl onto the base, aligning the tabs on the bowl with the slots on the base. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely.
- Select the desired attachment (Dough Hook, Wire Whip, or Mixing Beater). Insert the attachment shaft into the attachment port on the motor head. Rotate the attachment counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.
- Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-head release lever and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
- Attach the Splash Guard by placing it over the mixing bowl, ensuring it fits snugly around the motor head. The access hatch allows for easy addition of ingredients during mixing.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Speed Control
The Aucma Stand Mixer features 6 optimized speeds with a pulse function. The speed control knob is located on the side of the mixer. Turn the knob to select the desired speed:
- Speeds 1-3 (Low): Ideal for heavy mixtures like dough.
- Speeds 2-4 (Medium): Suitable for medium-heavy mixtures such as batters and creams.
- Speeds 5-6 (High): Best for light mixtures like whipping egg whites or cream.
- Pulse (P): Provides short bursts of power for quick mixing or incorporating ingredients.
