Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Philips Norelco OneBlade Pro. Place the trimmer on the charging stand and connect the stand to a power outlet. The LED digital display will indicate charging progress. A full charge typically takes 1 hour and provides up to 120 minutes of cordless use.

Attaching/Detaching Blades and Combs

• To attach a blade: Align the blade with the handle and push until it clicks into place.
• To detach a blade: Press the release button on the back of the blade and pull it away from the handle.
• To attach the precision comb: Slide the comb onto the blade until it clicks. Ensure it is securely fastened.
• To detach the precision comb: Gently pull the comb away from the blade.

Operating Instructions

Trimming

Attach the adjustable precision comb. Rotate the dial to select your desired hair length (0.4mm to 10mm). Turn on the device and move the OneBlade against the grain of your hair, using long, even strokes. The dual-sided blade allows for trimming in either direction.

Edging

Remove the precision comb. Use the dual-sided blade to create sharp lines and perfect edges. Hold the OneBlade perpendicular to your skin and move it along the desired line. The blade's design provides excellent visibility for precise styling.

Shaving

For a close shave, remove any combs. Hold the OneBlade flat against your skin and move it against the grain of your hair. The dual protection system (glide coating and rounded tips) ensures a comfortable shave without irritation, even on longer hairs.

Travel Lock

To activate the travel lock, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The lock icon will appear on the LED display. To deactivate, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The Philips Norelco OneBlade Pro is fully waterproof. After each use, rinse the blade and comb under running water. For a more thorough cleaning, detach the blade and rinse both the blade and the handle separately. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Blade Replacement

For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace each OneBlade blade every 4 months, or when the green indicator on the blade wears off. Replacement is easy and hassle-free. New blades can be purchased from authorized Philips Norelco retailers.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. Check the LED display for battery level. If the travel lock is activated (lock icon displayed), press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to deactivate.
• Poor trimming/shaving performance: The blade might be dull. Replace the blade if it has been used for more than 4 months or if the green indicator is worn. Ensure the comb is clean and free of hair buildup.
• Skin irritation: Ensure you are using the OneBlade flat against your skin and moving it against the grain. If irritation persists, consult a dermatologist.
