Setup & Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Kohree Switch Panel and Fuse Block. It is recommended to disconnect the vehicle's battery before beginning any electrical work.
1. Preparation
- Identify Mounting Location: Choose a flat, secure surface for mounting the switch panel. Ensure there is sufficient space behind the panel for wiring and access.
- Remove Existing Panel (if applicable): If replacing an existing panel or installing in a designated compartment, carefully remove the cover or panel.
- Create Template: Use the provided rubber gasket as a template to mark the cutting area on your chosen mounting surface.
- Drill Pilot Holes: Drill small pilot holes at the corners of your marked cutting area.
- Cut Opening: Using a jigsaw or appropriate cutting tool, carefully cut out the marked opening. Smooth any rough edges.
2. Wiring the Switch Panel
- Connect Accessories: Connect the positive wires from your accessories to the pre-wired terminals on the back of the rocker switches.
- Secure Connections: Use the provided heat-shrink butt connectors to ensure secure and waterproof connections. Crimp the connectors firmly and then apply heat to shrink them for a tight seal.
- Route Power Wires: Route the main positive (red) and negative (black) power wires from the switch panel to your 12V power source (e.g., battery or fuse block).
- Connect to Fuse Block: Connect the main positive wire to the input of the 12-Way Blade Fuse Block. Connect the individual accessory wires to the output terminals of the fuse block. Ensure appropriate fuses are installed for each circuit.
- Grounding: Connect the main negative wire from the switch panel and the negative wires from your accessories to a common ground point or the negative bus bar of the fuse block.
3. Installing the Switch Panel
- Place Gasket: Position the rubber gasket around the edge of the cut opening.
- Insert Panel: Carefully insert the wired switch panel into the opening, ensuring all wires are clear and not pinched.
- Secure Panel: Use the provided mounting screws to secure the switch panel firmly in place.
- (Optional) Customize Sockets: The 12V outlet, USB ports, and voltmeter can be rotated or swapped if desired by loosening their retaining nuts from the back of the panel.
- Apply Labels: Use the provided label stickers to clearly identify each switch's function.
4. Wiring Methods for Switch Lights
The switches offer two wiring methods for their lower indicator lights:
- Method A (Constant On): The lower light on the switch will remain constantly on when the panel is powered or the vehicle's key is turned to the accessory position. This is the default pre-wired configuration.
- Method B (On with Activation): To have the lower light illuminate only when the specific switch is activated, disconnect the jumper wire from terminal #6 on the back of the switch.

Operating Instructions
Rocker Switches
Each rocker switch controls a connected accessory. Press the top part of the switch to turn the accessory ON, and the bottom part to turn it OFF. The blue LED indicator on the switch will light up when the accessory is active.
12V Power Outlet
Plug any compatible 12V device into the power outlet. Ensure the device's power requirements do not exceed the panel's capacity.
Dual USB Charging Ports
Connect your USB charging cables to the dual USB ports to charge smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered devices. The QC 3.0 technology provides faster charging speeds compared to traditional chargers.
LED Voltmeter
The integrated LED voltmeter displays the real-time DC voltage of your vehicle's electrical system. Monitor the voltage to ensure optimal battery health and prevent over-discharge.

Image: The LED voltmeter displaying voltage readings with a guide for interpreting battery status: >13.5V (too high), 13.5V-10.5V (normal working range), <10.5V (battery broken/needs replacement).
Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of corrosion.
- Fuse Replacement: If an accessory stops working, check the corresponding LED indicator on the fuse block. A lit LED indicates a blown fuse. Replace the blown fuse with one of the same amperage rating.
- Keep Clean: Wipe the panel surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Protect Ports: Ensure the rubber caps on the 12V outlet and USB ports are closed when not in use to prevent water and dust ingress.
Troubleshooting
- Accessory Not Working:
- Check if the corresponding rocker switch is in the ON position.
- Verify the main power connection to the switch panel and fuse block.
- Check the fuse for the specific accessory in the fuse block. Replace if blown.
- Inspect all wiring connections for looseness or damage.
- Switch LED Not Lighting:
- Ensure the switch is in the ON position.
- Confirm the wiring method (A or B) for the switch indicator light.
- Check the power supply to the panel.
- USB Ports Not Charging:
- Ensure the panel is powered on.
- Check the USB cable for damage.
- Verify the device is compatible with USB charging.
- Voltmeter Not Displaying:
- Ensure the panel is receiving power.
- Check the wiring connection to the voltmeter.
