8. Troubleshooting
8.1 WiFi Connectivity Issues
- Perform a factory reset in the projector settings.
- If connecting to a mobile hotspot, temporarily change the hotspot password to a simple 8-digit number (e.g., "12345678") and attempt connection.
- If connecting to a home WiFi network, try changing the WiFi password to a simple 8-digit number.
- If your router supports WiFi6, try disabling WiFi6 in the router settings (e.g., for TP-LINK routers, change "11a/n/ac/ax" to "11a/n/ac" in Wireless Mode settings).
8.2 Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
- Perform a factory reset in the projector settings.
- Ensure the Bluetooth speaker or device is not on low battery, which can cause instability.
- Check for nearby household appliances (e.g., microwave ovens) that may interfere with the signal.
- Confirm that strong magnetic fields or weak signal areas (e.g., basements) are not causing interference.
- If wireless connection remains unstable, consider using a 3.5mm aux audio cable to connect the Bluetooth speaker to the projector's headphone jack for a wired connection.
8.3 Screen Mirroring Connectivity Issues
Screen mirroring requires a stable WiFi signal. Unstable signals can lead to connection failures, lags, or disconnections.
- Verify that your WiFi network speed and stability are adequate.
- Restart both your phone and the projector.
- Ensure the projector and your iPhone/Android device are connected to the same WiFi network.
- On the projector, open the appropriate cast interface (e.g., "iOS Cast").
- On your phone, activate the screen mirroring function from the notification bar and search for the projector.
