2. Safety Instructions
- Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.
- Do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquids.
- Unplug the humidifier from the power outlet before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
- Do not operate the humidifier if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the unit malfunctions or has been dropped.
- Use only clean, cool tap water. Distilled or demineralized water is recommended to prevent white dust.

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Placement
Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for optimal mist dispersion.
5.2 Filling the Water Tank
The Lacidoll humidifier features a convenient top-fill design. You can fill the water tank directly from the top without needing to remove the entire lid.
- Ensure the humidifier is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Carefully pour clean, cool tap water directly into the top opening of the humidifier. Do not exceed the 'MAX' water level indicator.
- For best results and to prevent mineral buildup, use distilled or demineralized water.

5.3 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The unit will enter standby mode.
6. Operating Instructions
The humidifier can be operated using the touch control panel on the front or the included remote control.
6.1 Power On/Off
- Press the Power button (
) on the control panel or remote control to turn the humidifier on or off.
6.2 Mist Level Adjustment
- Press the Mist button () repeatedly to cycle through different mist output levels (Low, Medium, High).
6.3 Humidity Setting (Auto Mode)
The humidifier can automatically maintain a desired humidity level.
- Press the Humidity button () to enter humidity setting mode.
- Use the +/- buttons (if available on remote/panel, otherwise cycle with Humidity button) to set the desired humidity level between 40% and 90%.
- The humidifier will automatically turn on or off to maintain the set humidity.
6.4 Sleep Mode
Activate Sleep Mode for quiet operation and dimmed display lights, ideal for nighttime use.
- Press the Sleep button () on the control panel or remote control.
6.5 Timer Function
Set a timer for the humidifier to automatically turn off after a specified period.
- Press the Timer button () repeatedly to set the desired operating time (e.g., 1H, 2H, up to 12H).
6.6 Essential Oil Tray
Add a few drops of essential oil to the dedicated tray for aromatherapy benefits.
- Locate the essential oil tray on the side/back of the humidifier.
- Pull out the tray and add 5-10 drops of your preferred essential oil onto the aroma pad.
- Slide the tray back into place. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning is crucial for optimal performance and hygiene. Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
7.1 Daily Maintenance
- Empty and rinse the water tank daily.
- Wipe the inside of the water tank with a soft cloth to remove any residue.
7.2 Weekly Cleaning (Mineral Removal)
- Unplug the humidifier and empty any remaining water.
- Pour 1 cup (240ml) of undiluted white vinegar into the water tank and onto the nebulizer/transducer.
- Let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to gently clean the nebulizer/transducer and other areas with mineral buildup.
- Rinse the water tank and base thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
- Dry all parts completely before reassembling.
- Remove the essential oil tray and clean the aroma pad with a mild detergent and water.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry before reuse.
