Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your greenhouse hoop system:

  1. Prepare the Hoops: The greenhouse hoops are pre-curved. Insert the ends of each hoop into the ground to form an arch over your planting area. Ensure they are spaced evenly along the length of your garden bed.
  2. Install Fixed Supports: Place the straight fixed supports vertically between the hoops. These supports provide additional stability and a framework for connecting the hoops.
  3. Connect Hoops and Supports: Use the connecting pipes to join the tops of the hoops to the fixed supports. This creates a rigid tunnel structure. Secure these connections firmly.
  4. Secure with Cable Ties: Utilize the provided cable ties to further secure the hoops to the fixed supports, especially at points where they intersect or require extra reinforcement.
  5. Anchor with Ground Nails: Drive the ground nails into the soil at the base of the hoops and fixed supports to prevent the structure from shifting due to wind or other external forces.
  6. Attach Covering (Optional): Once the frame is assembled, you can drape your chosen garden fabric, netting, or insulation film over the hoops. Use the green plant covers tube clips to secure the covering to the hoops. These clips can be used as a single unit or cut into two smaller clips for more attachment points.
