6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Before Measurement

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
• Place the cuff directly on your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
• The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
• Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight.

6.2 Taking a Measurement

1. Press the Power button to turn on the monitor.
2. Select the desired user (User 1 or User 2) if applicable.
3. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during inflation and measurement.
4. Once the measurement is complete, the systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed.
5. The monitor will automatically store the reading in the selected user's memory.
6. Press the Power button again to turn off the monitor, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.

6.3 Viewing Memory Records

Press the M (Memory) button to review past measurements. Repeatedly pressing M will cycle through stored readings.
