Introduction
The PlayStation 5 DualSense Charging Station is designed to efficiently charge up to two DualSense wireless controllers simultaneously. This official accessory provides a convenient and reliable charging solution, freeing up USB ports on your PlayStation 5 console and maintaining a tidy gaming setup. Its sleek design complements the PlayStation 5 console aesthetic.
Setup
Follow these steps to set up your DualSense Charging Station:
- Unpack the Charging Station: Carefully remove the DualSense Charging Station from its packaging.
- Connect Power: Locate the power cord included with the charging station. Insert the small end of the power cord into the power input port on the back of the charging station. Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Placement: Place the charging station on a stable, flat surface near your PlayStation 5 console or desired charging location. Ensure there is adequate space to easily place and remove controllers.

Operating Instructions
To charge your DualSense wireless controllers:
- Dock a Controller: Align the charging port on the bottom of your DualSense wireless controller with one of the two charging connectors on the station. Gently place the controller onto the station until it clicks into place.
- Charging Indicator: When properly docked, the light bar on the DualSense controller will flash orange briefly, then turn off. This indicates that the controller is charging. The light bar will turn off to conserve power while charging.
- Charge Second Controller: Repeat the process for a second DualSense controller if needed. The station can charge two controllers simultaneously.
- Full Charge: Once the controller is fully charged, the light bar will remain off. You can remove the controller from the station at any time.

Note: The DualSense Charging Station uses its own power adapter, ensuring that your console's USB ports remain free for other accessories or external storage.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the charging station. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the charging station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Handle the charging station and controllers with care to prevent damage to the charging connectors.
Troubleshooting
- Controller Not Charging:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the charging station and a working electrical outlet.
- Verify that the controller is correctly seated in the charging slot and has clicked into place.
- Check the charging contacts on both the controller and the station for any obstructions or damage.
- Light Bar Not Flashing: If the light bar does not flash orange when docked, the controller may already be fully charged, or there might be an issue with the connection. Refer to the "Controller Not Charging" steps.
- Power Adapter Issues: Some users have reported receiving power adapters incompatible with their region (e.g., non-US plugs). Ensure your power adapter is appropriate for your region. If not, contact customer support for assistance.
