3. Product Overview
The Wellue B02 monitor is designed for ease of use, featuring a clear display and intuitive controls.
3.1 Device Components
- LCD Display: Shows blood pressure readings (SYS, DIA), pulse rate, date, time, and user indicator. Features a 3-color backlight for easy interpretation.
- START/STOP Button: Powers the device on/off and initiates/stops a measurement.
- SET Button: Used to adjust settings such as date, time, and user selection.

4. Setup
4.1 Power Supply
The monitor can be powered by either AAA batteries or a USB cable.
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device. Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.
- USB Power: Connect the provided USB cable to the USB port on the side of the monitor and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
4.2 Attaching the Cuff
Insert the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor.
4.3 Setting Date and Time
When the device is off, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter setting mode. Use the MEM button to adjust values and the SET button to confirm and move to the next setting (Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute). Press START/STOP to exit setting mode.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Before Measurement
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
5.2 Applying the Cuff
The adjustable cuff (22-40 cm) is designed to fit most adult upper arms.
- Slide your left arm through the cuff loop. The air tube should run down the inside of your arm.
- Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 2-3 cm above your elbow joint.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
- The artery mark on the cuff should be aligned with your brachial artery (inner arm).
5.3 Taking a Measurement
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- The result will be automatically stored in the selected user's memory.
5.4 Dual User Mode
The device supports two users (User A and User B) with 120 memory sets each.
- To switch between User A and User B, press the SET button briefly when the device is off. The user icon will change.
- Measurements taken will be stored under the currently selected user profile.

5.5 Memory Function
To review past measurements:
- When the device is off, press the MEM button. The screen will display the average of the last three readings for the current user.
- Press MEM again to scroll through individual past readings, from most recent to oldest.
- Each record includes SYS, DIA, Pulse, date, and time.
6. Understanding Your Results
The Wellue B02 monitor features a 3-color backlit LCD display to help you quickly interpret your blood pressure readings according to World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
- Green Backlight: Indicates normal blood pressure.
- Orange Backlight: Indicates mild hypertension.
- Red Backlight: Indicates severe hypertension.
The monitor also includes an irregular heartbeat indicator and a movement error indicator to ensure measurement reliability.
