For Mac/Windows Devices (USB Connection):

Note: The driver is not compatible with Mac M1/M2 or Surface Pro X that use ARM-based processors. Bluetooth connection is not supported on Mac for this model.

3.1 Loading Paper
The HPRT MT800 supports 8.5" x 11" US Letter and A4 paper. Load paper one sheet at a time for optimal performance.
