Setup
Before First Use

Filling the Water Tank
- Ensure the iron is unplugged from the mains.
- Set the steam control to the dry ironing position (no steam).
- Open the water tank inlet cover.
- Fill the tank with tap water up to the 'MAX' level indicator. Do not overfill.
- Close the water tank inlet cover securely.

Operating Instructions
Temperature and Steam Settings
- Plug the iron into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the temperature control dial to the desired setting based on the fabric type. Refer to the garment care label.
- The indicator light will illuminate, indicating the iron is heating up. It will turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
- For steam ironing, ensure the temperature setting is within the steam zone (usually indicated on the dial). Adjust the steam control lever for continuous steam output (up to 40 g/minute).
- For dry ironing, set the steam control to the 'no steam' position.

Steam Shot and Spray Function
- Steam Shot: Press the steam shot button for an extra burst of steam (up to 200 g/minute) to remove stubborn creases. Wait a few seconds between shots.
- Spray: Press the spray button to moisten fabric for easier ironing.
Vertical Steaming
The vertical steam function is ideal for removing creases from hanging garments, delicate fabrics, or curtains.
- Hang the garment on a hanger.
- Set the iron to maximum temperature.
- Hold the iron vertically a few centimeters away from the fabric and press the steam shot button repeatedly.

Auto-Off Feature
For safety and energy saving, the iron is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature:
- If left stationary on its heel, the iron will turn off after approximately 8 minutes.
- If left stationary on its soleplate or side, the iron will turn off after approximately 30 seconds.
- To restart the iron, simply move it.
Maintenance
