4.1 Initial Charging

  1. Connect the Quick Charge Micro USB Cable to the GP80's Quick Charge Input (IN 5V/9V) port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a car charger.
  3. The LED power indicators will illuminate and flash during charging. All four LEDs will be solid when the unit is fully charged.

It is recommended to fully charge the unit every 3-4 months to maintain battery health, even if not in use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

Follow these steps carefully to jump start your vehicle:

  1. Ensure the GP80 unit has at least 50% charge (two LED indicators lit).
  2. Connect the blue plug of the smart jumper cable into the 12V Car Jumpstart Port on the GP80 unit. Ensure a firm connection.
  3. Attach the red (+) clamp of the smart jumper cable to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
  4. Attach the black (-) clamp of the smart jumper cable to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
  5. Once the clamps are correctly connected, the indicator light on the smart jumper cable will turn solid green, indicating it is safe to proceed. If it shows a different color or flashes, refer to the troubleshooting section.
  6. Start your vehicle's engine.
  7. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart jumper cable's black (-) clamp from the vehicle battery's negative terminal.
  8. Then, remove the red (+) clamp from the vehicle battery's positive terminal.
  9. Finally, disconnect the blue plug of the smart jumper cable from the GP80 unit.

Important: Do not repeatedly attempt to jump start a large engine vehicle in a short period. Allow the unit to cool down between attempts if necessary.

5.2 Using as a Portable Power Bank

The GP80 can charge your electronic devices:

  1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to either the Quick Charge Output (OUT 5V/9V) or the standard USB Output (OUT 5V) port on the GP80.
  2. Press the power button once to begin charging. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level.
  3. Disconnect your device once fully charged. The GP80 will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.

5.3 Using the LED Flashlight

The built-in LED flashlight offers three modes:

  1. To activate: Long press the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn on the LED light in High mode.
  2. To cycle modes: Press the power button again to switch to Strobe mode. Press it a third time to activate SOS flashing mode.
  3. To turn off: Long press the power button again for approximately 3 seconds.
