The Filtrete Smart Air Purifier comes with a True HEPA filter (F2) pre-installed. Before first use, ensure all packaging is removed from the filter.

  1. Locate the filter access panel on the unit.
  2. Open the panel and remove any plastic wrapping from the True HEPA filter.
  3. Insert the filter back into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  4. Close the filter access panel securely.

The filter life indicator on the control panel will show the percentage of filter life remaining. It is recommended to change the filter when the indicator reaches 0%.
