Warranty and Support
Ledlenser offers a comprehensive warranty for its products. The warranty period for online registration on the Ledlenser homepage is seven years; otherwise, it is two years. This warranty is valid worldwide and supplements legal warranty rights. It covers material defects and processing errors.
A separate warranty period of 24 months applies to the perfect function of batteries. Exclusions from the 7-year warranty include products from the "Solidline" series, K4R, K6R, K6R Safety, Lite Wallet, Powercase, Ledlenser K1 and K2, accessories (holsters, bags, remote switches, color filters, embossing, and surface coatings), and defects of batteries not covered by the 24-month battery warranty.
