Advanced Focus System

The patented Advanced Focus System allows for a seamless transition from a broad floodlight to a sharply focused long-distance beam with a single-handed operation. This enables quick adaptation to various lighting needs.

Easy Dimmability & Constant Light Output

Adjust the brightness effortlessly using the intuitive wheel switch located on the front of the headlamp. The H7R Core features constant light output, ensuring a consistent level of brightness throughout most of the battery's life, preventing gradual dimming as the battery drains. It offers multiple light modes: 1000 lumens (boost), 600 lumens for 4 hours (high), and 15 lumens for 65 hours (low).

Waterproof and Tough (IP67)

Built to withstand challenging conditions, the H7R Core boasts an IP67 rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is also drop-proof up to 1.5 meters, ensuring durability in rugged environments.

Ledlenser Connecting System

Setup

Battery Installation

The H7R Core comes with a pre-installed rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. To access the battery compartment, twist the cap at the rear of the battery housing. Ensure the battery is inserted with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment. Close the cap securely to maintain the IP67 rating.

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your headlamp. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port at the rear of the headlamp. The magnetic connection ensures easy and secure attachment. The battery level indicator lights will show the charging progress. A full charge is indicated when all lights are solid green.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the side of the lamp head to turn the headlamp on or off.

Brightness Adjustment (Dimmability)

Rotate the wheel switch on the front of the lamp head to seamlessly adjust the brightness from its lowest (15 lumens) to its highest (600 lumens) constant output. For a temporary boost to 1000 lumens, activate the boost function (refer to specific button press sequence in the quick start guide if not intuitive).

Focus Adjustment

Twist the bezel around the lens to adjust the beam from a wide floodlight for close-up work to a narrow, focused spot beam for long-distance visibility.

Light Angle Adjustment

The lamp head can be tilted up to 120 degrees to direct light precisely where needed without having to adjust your head position.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the charging port and battery compartment are free of moisture before charging or closing.

Storage

Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, it is recommended to fully charge the battery every few months to maintain its health.

Troubleshooting

Headlamp Not Turning On

• Ensure the battery is properly inserted and fully charged.
• Check for any visible damage to the battery or charging contacts.

Light Output is Low or Flickering

• Recharge the battery. The headlamp may be in backup mode due to low battery.
• Clean the lens and ensure it is free from obstructions.
