3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any protective films, stickers, or packaging materials from the oven.
- Inspect the oven for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
3.2 Placement
- Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm of clear space on all sides (top, back, and sides) for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the oven directly under a cabinet or near curtains, tablecloths, or other flammable materials.
3.3 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the wire rack, baking tray, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
3.4 First Use (Burn-Off)
It is recommended to perform a 'burn-off' cycle before cooking food to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Ensure the oven is empty and well-ventilated.
- Set the temperature knob to 230°C.
- Set the function knob to the 'Top and Bottom Heat' mode.
- Set the timer knob to 15 minutes. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow the oven to run for 15 minutes. Some smoke or odor may be present; this is normal.
- Once the cycle is complete, turn all knobs to 'OFF' and unplug the oven. Allow it to cool completely.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Functions
- Temperature Knob: Adjusts temperature from Low to 230°C.
- Function Knob: Selects one of the four cooking modes:
- Top Heat: Activates the upper heating elements. Ideal for grilling or browning.
- Bottom Heat: Activates the lower heating elements. Suitable for gentle cooking or reheating.
- Top and Bottom Heat: Activates both upper and lower heating elements. Standard mode for baking and roasting.
- Convection (Fan Assisted): Activates both heating elements and the convection fan for even heat distribution. Ideal for faster and more uniform cooking.
- Timer Knob: Sets cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes. The oven will automatically turn off and sound a buzzer when the time expires. You can also select 'Stay On' for continuous operation, which requires manual shut-off.

4.2 General Operation
- Place the wire rack or baking tray in the desired position inside the oven.
- Place the food to be cooked on the wire rack or baking tray.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Plug the oven into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Set the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature.
- Set the Function Knob to the desired cooking mode.
- Set the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the oven is operating. If using 'Stay On' mode, remember to manually turn the timer knob to 'OFF' when cooking is complete.
- When the cooking time expires, the oven will automatically turn off and a buzzer will sound.
- Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts.
- Unplug the oven from the power outlet after use.
4.3 Preheating
For best results, preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes at the desired temperature and function setting before placing food inside.
5. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
- Accessories: Wash the wire rack, baking tray, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before returning them to the oven.

5.2 Storage
When not in use, ensure the oven is clean, dry, and unplugged. Store it in a cool, dry place.
