Setup Instructions

Setting up your Intex air mattress is simple thanks to the integrated electric pump.

1. Unpack: Remove the air mattress from its carry bag and unroll it on a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects.
2. Locate Pump: Find the built-in electric pump on the side of the mattress. Open the compartment to access the power cord.
3. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard 110-120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Inflate: Turn the pump dial to the 'Inflate' position. The mattress will begin to inflate.
5. Monitor Inflation: Allow the mattress to inflate to your desired firmness. The approximate inflation time for a Queen size is 2.25 minutes. Do not overinflate.
6. Close Valve: Once inflated, turn the pump dial back to the 'Off' position and close the pump compartment cover securely.

Operating the Air Mattress

Your Intex air mattress is designed for comfort and ease of use. Once inflated, you can place standard Queen-sized bed sheets on it. The velvety top surface helps to keep sheets from slipping.

The integrated headboard provides excellent back support if you wish to sit up and read or relax. It also acts as a barrier to prevent pillows from falling off the back of the bed.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your air mattress, follow these simple maintenance tips:

• Cleaning: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the mattress is completely dry before storing.
• Storage: Deflate the mattress completely by turning the pump dial to 'Deflate'. Once fully deflated, fold it neatly and place it back into the provided carry bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid Punctures: Keep sharp objects away from the mattress. Avoid dragging the mattress across rough surfaces.

Troubleshooting

Air Mattress Seems to Lose Air

At first inflation, the material of the air mattress will stretch. This is a normal process and is sometimes misinterpreted as leaking. You may sense a loss of pressure, but this is just the bed stretching to its full capacity.

Solution: Simply re-inflate the bed again to your desired firmness. The bed will fully settle within 2-3 nights of use. Continue to re-inflate as needed during this initial period until the material has fully stretched and settled.
