Important Safety Warnings
- The P1 provides 12V or 48V phantom power for professional condenser microphones. Using phantom power for other types of microphones is not necessary and not advised.
- Never plug dynamic, single-ended (unbalanced) microphones, ribbon microphones or other gear into the P1.
- The P1 can only be charged by connecting the USB port to a 5V USB power supply. No other devices can be used for charging.
- Turn off the power and wait for 5 seconds before unplugging the microphone and/or XLR cable, so that the phantom power has time to shut off completely.
