5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Battery

5.2. Loading Thermal Paper

  1. Open the paper compartment cover by gently pressing the release button or latch.
  2. Insert a new thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom and the leading edge is straight.
  3. Pull a small amount of paper out past the cutting edge.
  4. Close the paper compartment cover firmly until it clicks into place.

5.3. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds to turn the printer on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate when the printer is on.

6. Operating the Printer

6.1. Bluetooth Connection

The MTP-3 printer supports Bluetooth 2.0 and 4.0 for wireless printing from compatible devices (iOS/Android smartphones, tablets, and Windows computers).

  1. Ensure the printer is powered on and within range of your device.

7. Maintenance

7.1. Cleaning the Print Head

Regularly clean the print head to ensure optimal print quality and extend the printer's lifespan. Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Ensure the printer is off and cooled down before cleaning.

7.2. Battery Care

To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If the printer will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every few months to prevent deep discharge.
