2. App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
Download the "Conga" app from your smartphone's app store (available for Android and iOS). Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot. Important: The robot only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you have a dual-band router, ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4 GHz network during the setup process. You may need to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band on your router or phone if you encounter connection issues.

3. Preparing the Cleaning Area
Before starting a cleaning cycle, ensure the area is free of obstacles such as cables, small objects, and loose rugs that could entangle the robot. If using the mopping function, fill the mixed tank with water and, if desired, a small amount of non-corrosive floor cleaner.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your robot vacuum.
1. Emptying and Cleaning the Dustbin/Tanks
After each cleaning cycle, empty the solid tank. For the mixed tank, empty any remaining water and clean it thoroughly. Rinse both tanks with water and allow them to air dry completely before reinserting.
2. Cleaning Filters
The high-efficiency filter (HEPA type) should be cleaned regularly. Tap it gently to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. Replace filters periodically as recommended in the full manual or when performance decreases.
3. Cleaning Brushes
Regularly remove hair and debris from the main brush and side brushes. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove tangled hair. Ensure the brushes spin freely after cleaning.
4. Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts
Wipe the robot's sensors and the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging base with a dry, soft cloth to ensure proper function and charging.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot cannot connect to Wi-Fi. | Connected to 5 GHz Wi-Fi network; incorrect password; router issues. | Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup. Temporarily disable 5 GHz on your router if necessary. Double-check Wi-Fi password. Restart router and robot. |
| Robot returns to charging base too early. | Low battery; internal sensor issue. | Allow the robot to fully charge. If it continues to return early with sufficient battery, try restarting the cleaning cycle via the app ("Stop" then "Clean"). |
| Robot gets stuck or tangled. | Cables, loose rugs, small objects on the floor. | Clear the cleaning area of obstacles before starting. Use the magnetic strip to block off problematic areas. |
| Poor cleaning performance. | Full dustbin; dirty filters/brushes; low suction power setting. | Empty the dustbin. Clean or replace filters and brushes. Increase suction power via the app. |
| Robot cannot find charging base. | Base is obstructed or too far; robot is too far from base. | Ensure the charging base is in an open area. Manually place the robot closer to the base if it's far away. |
