  • MODE/SELECTION: Press to cycle through display modes (Time, RPM/Speed, Distance, Watts/Calories, User, Pulse, Recovery).
  • START/STOP: Initiates or pauses your workout.
  • RESET: Clears current workout data.
  • UP/DOWN Arrows: Adjust resistance levels (16 levels available) or navigate menu options.
  • P1-P12: Pre-installed exercise programs.
