Adjusting Handlebars
The handlebars are easily adjustable for height. Locate the adjustment knob on the handlebar post. Pull the knob out to release the locking pin, then slide the handlebars up or down to your desired height. Release the knob to engage the pin and secure the handlebars. For consistent settings, you may mark your preferred height on the post.

Adjusting Seat
The seat can be adjusted both vertically (height) and horizontally (depth) to ensure optimal riding posture. For height adjustment, use the knob on the seat post similar to the handlebars. For depth adjustment, loosen the knob located beneath the seat to slide the seat forward or backward, then tighten to secure.

Operating Instructions
Resistance and Braking
The bike features a tension knob to adjust the resistance level. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease it. To quickly stop the flywheel, press the tension knob down firmly. This acts as an emergency brake for immediate cessation of pedaling motion.

Handlebar Positions
The ergonomic handlebars offer multiple grip positions to vary your workout and comfort. You can hold the top bar for a more upright position, or the lower curved sections for a more aggressive, cycling-style stance. Experiment to find the positions that best suit your exercise routine.
