4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your telephone:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Connect Handset: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the designated port on the telephone base (usually marked with a handset icon).
  3. Connect Telephone Line: Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the telephone base (usually marked with a wall jack icon) and the other end into your wall telephone jack.
  4. Placement: Place the telephone on a flat, stable surface such as a desk or table. Ensure it is within reach of the telephone wall jack.

5. Operating Instructions

Making a Call:

  1. Lift the handset.
  2. Listen for a dial tone.
  3. Dial the desired telephone number using the keypad.
  4. Once the call is complete, replace the handset on the cradle.

Receiving a Call:

  1. When the phone rings, lift the handset to answer the call.
  2. Once the call is complete, replace the handset on the cradle.

Caller ID Display:

The display screen will show the incoming caller's number, along with the current date and week, before you answer the call.

Flash Function:

The Flash function allows you to switch between calls or dial a new number without fully disconnecting the current call. Press the FLASH/BRT button during a call to activate this feature, then dial the new number or switch to another line if available.

Redial Function:

If your call is interrupted or you wish to call the last dialed number again, simply lift the handset and press the REDIAL button. The telephone will automatically redial the last number.

Ringtone Selection:

The telephone offers optional ringtones. Consult the on-screen menu (if available) or press the RING button to cycle through available ringtones and select your preferred option.
