Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

Descaling

Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) can build up in your coffee maker, affecting its performance and taste. Regular descaling is recommended, especially in areas with hard water.

To descale, you can use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee makers or a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Follow the instructions provided with your descaling solution or the general descaling procedure for single-serve coffee makers, which typically involves running several brew cycles with the descaling solution, followed by several cycles with clean water to rinse.
