Setup Guide

2. Installation Instructions

4. Mount the Sound Bar: Position the sound bar assembly onto the vehicle's roll bar. Align the mounting brackets with the existing holes on the roll bar. Secure the sound bar using the provided fasteners. Note: In some cases, minor adjustments or drilling of additional holes in the brackets may be required for optimal alignment with the vehicle's factory sound pod holes. Ensure proper fitment before tightening all fasteners.
5. Route Wiring: Carefully route the speaker and tweeter wiring through the sound bar and connect them to your audio system. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.

• Mounting Bracket Alignment Issues: If the mounting brackets do not perfectly align with your Jeep TJ's factory roll bar holes, minor drilling of new holes in the brackets or using slightly longer M8-1.25 mounting bolts with spacers may be necessary to achieve a secure fit.
• No Sound from Speakers:
  • Verify all speaker and tweeter wiring connections are secure and correctly polarized (+/-).
  • Check the connections to your amplifier or head unit.
  • Ensure the amplifier or head unit is powered on and functioning correctly.
• Water Intrusion: While the material is UV resistant, the sound bar itself is not waterproof. Ensure proper sealing around speaker openings and wire entry points to prevent water damage to internal components, especially in open-top vehicles.
