This intelligent charger is designed to maintain and charge various types of 12V lead-acid batteries, including Wet, MF, GEL, VRLA, Flooded, and AGM (EFB) batteries, ranging from 4AH to 100AH (max 200Ah). 2. Safety Information

WARNING: Do NOT charge Lithium batteries with this device.

  • Always connect the charger to the battery before plugging it into the power outlet.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during charging. Do not cover the charger.
  • Keep the charger away from flammable materials, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid sparks or flames near the battery during charging, as batteries can produce explosive gases.

5. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to safely connect your NWOUIIAY battery charger:

  1. Connect the Red Clamp: Attach the RED (positive, +) clamp to the positive terminal of the battery.
  2. Connect the Black Clamp: Attach the BLACK (negative, -) clamp to the negative terminal of the battery.
  3. Plug in the Power Supply: Once both clamps are securely connected to the battery, plug the charger's power cable into a standard 100V-240V AC electrical outlet.

Important: Always connect the clamps to the battery first, then plug the charger into the power outlet. Disconnect the power outlet first, then remove the clamps from the battery.

6. Operating Instructions

Automatic Charging:

After connecting the charger as described in the Setup section, the charger will automatically detect the battery type and condition. The LCD display will show the current voltage, charging current, battery percentage, and ambient temperature. The charger will automatically adjust the charging mode (Summer/Winter) based on the detected temperature.

When the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically stop charging, and the display will show "FUL".

Pulse Repair Function:

The charger includes a one-click pulse repair function designed to help restore and activate deeply discharged or sulfated batteries, potentially extending their lifespan.

  1. Connect the charger to the battery as per the Setup instructions.
  2. Press the "Repair" button on the charger. The charger will enter pulse repair mode.
  3. Allow the repair cycle to complete. The duration may vary depending on the battery condition.

Note: The pulse repair function may not be effective for all severely damaged or dead batteries.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from power and battery before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
  • Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the cables are neatly coiled and not kinked.
  • Cable Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cable and battery clamps for any signs of damage, wear, or corrosion. Replace if necessary.
  • Battery Terminals: Keep battery terminals clean and free of corrosion for optimal connection.
