1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• IMPORTANT: Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install the product.
• PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN!
• Shut off power at the circuit breaker or fuse panel before removing the old fixture or installing the new one.
• LED devices can be damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) shock. Before installation, discharge yourself by touching a grounded bare metal surface to remove this hazard.
• To avoid damage, do not remove the clear lens over the LED module.
• CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT. If you currently have dimmer controls, you will need to remove them and replace them with regular electrical switches.
• If you have a three-way dimmer, you will have to replace it with a regular three-way switch. If you are unsure, consult a qualified electrician.
• Suitable for wall mounting onto recessed or round surface electrical boxes. Not suitable for ground electrical boxes.
• Do not allow the sensor head to touch the LED head.
• For proper operation and protection against water damage, adjustment controls must be facing downward.
• Do not mount below 7.2 ft.

5. Setup and Installation

The LEPOWER Security Flood Light is designed for easy wall mounting. Ensure power is off at the circuit breaker before beginning installation.

5.1 Wiring

This unit requires hardwiring. Connect the black wire (Live), white wire (Neutral), and green wire (Ground) from the light to the corresponding wires in your junction box. If you are unfamiliar with electrical wiring, consult a qualified electrician.

5.2 Mounting

Attach the mounting bar to your junction box, ensuring it is flush with the wall surface. Secure the light fixture to the mounting bar using the provided screws. The recommended installation height is between 7.2 and 10.5 feet above the ground.

5.3 Adjusting Light Heads

The three LED light heads are independently adjustable. Loosen the screws on the side of each head, position them to cover your desired area, and then tighten the screws to secure them.

6.1 Adjusting Motion Sensor Settings

The motion sensor unit has two adjustable dials located on its underside:

• Timer Minutes: Controls how long the light stays on after motion is detected. Settings range from 10 seconds (Test mode) to 10 minutes.
• Feet: Adjusts the motion detection range, from approximately 10 feet up to 72 feet.

For optimal performance, ensure the motion sensor is positioned to face the desired detection area and that the adjustment controls are facing downward to prevent water ingress.

• Light not turning on: Check the power supply at the circuit breaker. Ensure all wiring connections are secure. Verify that the motion sensor is set correctly (not in 'Test' mode for continuous operation).
• Light staying on too long/short: Adjust the 'Timer Minutes' dial on the motion sensor.
• Motion sensor not detecting: Adjust the 'Feet' sensitivity dial. Ensure the sensor head is pointed towards the desired detection area and not obstructed.
• False triggers: Reduce the 'Feet' sensitivity. Ensure the sensor is not pointed at heat sources, moving objects (like tree branches), or reflective surfaces.
