Operating Instructions

1. Fill the Kettle: Remove the lid by lifting it straight up. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water to your desired level, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX marks on the water level indicator. Do not overfill.
2. Optional Tea Infuser Use: If brewing loose-leaf tea, place your desired amount of tea leaves into the included stainless steel infuser. Insert the infuser into the kettle before replacing the lid.
3. Place on Base: Place the kettle securely onto the power base. Ensure the kettle is properly seated.
4. Select Temperature: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The digital display on the handle will illuminate. Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons to cycle through the preset temperatures (e.g., Delicate 160°F, Green 175°F, White 185°F, Oolong 195°F, Herbal 212°F, Black 212°F, Boil 212°F).
