Before Mixing:

Mixing Process:
- Lower the mixer head by pressing the release button and gently pushing the head down until it locks into the operating position. This engages the safety lock.

- Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control dial to the '0' (off) position.
- Unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
- Press the release button and lift the mixer head to remove the bowl and attachments.
Attachment Usage Guide:
- Dough Hooks: Ideal for kneading heavy doughs like bread or pizza dough. Use lower speeds (1-3).
- Beaters: Suitable for mixing batters, cakes, cookies, and mashed potatoes. Use medium speeds (2-4).
- Whisk: Best for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters. Use higher speeds (4-6).
