Please read all instructions carefully before using the GLPE LED Rope Lights. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- The rope lights are IP65 waterproof, suitable for outdoor use. However, the USB connector is not waterproof and must be protected from moisture and rain.
- Do not cut, modify, or attempt to repair the lights. This may damage the product and void the warranty.
- Use only with a compatible 5V DC USB power source.
- Unplug the lights from the power source when not in use, during cleaning, or before performing any maintenance.
- Avoid exposing the lights to extreme temperatures or direct flame.

4. Setup
- Unpack the Lights: Carefully remove the LED rope lights and remote controls from the packaging. Gently uncoil the lights to avoid tangling.
- Connect to Power: Insert the USB connector of the rope lights into a compatible 5V USB power source. This can be a phone charger (not included), a power bank, a computer's USB port, or any other 5V USB outlet.
- Position the Lights: Place or hang the lights in your desired indoor or outdoor location. Ensure the USB connector is in a dry area or protected from water if used outdoors. The 10ft lead wire provides flexibility for placement.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Remote Control
The included remote control allows for full customization of your GLPE LED Rope Lights. Ensure the remote has a clear line of sight to the USB receiver for optimal performance.

- ON/OFF: Press to turn the lights on or off.
- Color Selection: Choose from 16 static colors using the dedicated color buttons.
- Mode Selection: Cycle through 8 dynamic lighting modes (e.g., Waves, Strobe, Twinkle, Fade, Jump, Asyn Fade, Asyn Jump, Auto) using the mode buttons.
- Speed Adjustment: Adjust the speed of dynamic modes using the 'SPEED' buttons.
- Timer Function: Set the lights to automatically turn off after 4 hours (4H), 6 hours (6H), or 8 hours (8H). Select 'TIMER OFF' to disable the timer.
5.2 Manual Control
A button on the USB connector allows for basic control if the remote is unavailable:
- Press the button to cycle through different colors and lighting modes.
- Hold the button to turn the lights off.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the rope lights with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, coil the lights neatly and store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the lights and cables for any signs of damage. Discontinue use if any damage is found.
7. Troubleshooting
- Lights not turning on:
- Ensure the USB connector is securely plugged into a functional 5V power source.
- Check if the power source itself is working correctly.
- Verify the remote control battery is not depleted.
- Remote control not responding:
- Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the USB receiver.
- Replace the remote control battery if it is old or depleted.
- Try controlling the lights using the button on the USB connector to confirm the lights are functional.
- Inconsistent colors or modes:
- Unplug the lights from the power source, wait a few seconds, and then plug them back in to reset.
