Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator lights on the case and earbuds will show charging status. They will turn off or change color when fully charged.
2. Powering On/Off
- Power On: Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other. Alternatively, press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging. Alternatively, press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 5 seconds.
Operating Instructions
1. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and powered on. They will enter pairing mode automatically (one earbud's indicator light will flash red and blue).
- Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
- Search for "VEATOOL Earbuds" or a similar name in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Select the device name to connect. Once connected, the indicator lights on both earbuds will turn off or flash slowly.
- If pairing fails, turn off the earbuds, disable Bluetooth on your device, and repeat the steps.
2. Wearing the Earbuds
Choose the ear tips that provide the best fit and comfort for optimal sound quality and secure placement. Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently rotate them until they fit snugly.

Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing with device:
- Ensure earbuds are charged and powered on.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Try forgetting "VEATOOL Earbuds" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.
- Restart both your device and the earbuds.
- Only one earbud working:
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again to allow them to re-sync.
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Low volume or poor sound quality:
- Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure ear tips are properly sealed in your ear canal.
- Clean any debris from the earbud speakers.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between your device and the earbuds.
- Charging case not charging:
- Check the USB cable and power adapter for damage.
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
